Norimaki "Mo-Cheese" Mochi
|2 mochi (rice cakes)
|2 seaweed nori paper
|2 cheese slices
|2 tbsp soy sauce
Ready in 10 minutes
- Place the mochi on a baking pan and bake on Oven Mode at 450 °F for 6 - 8 minutes or until it has fully swelled up and the edges change to a golden color.
- Coat mochi with soy sauce.
- Place one cheese slice on top of each baked mochi.
- Wrap the cheese-topped mochi in seaweed paper.
