Ingredients

Serves 2

2 mochi (rice cakes)
2 seaweed nori paper
2 cheese slices
2 tbsp soy sauce

 

Oven Mode at 450 °F for 6 - 8 minutes

Directions

Ready in 10 minutes

  • Place the mochi on a baking pan and bake on Oven Mode at 450 °F for 6 - 8 minutes or until it has fully swelled up and the edges change to a golden color.
  • Coat mochi with soy sauce.
  • Place one cheese slice on top of each baked mochi.
  • Wrap the cheese-topped mochi in seaweed paper.
