30 green beans
1 onion
8 mushrooms
Olive oil

Directions

Ready in 40 min

  • Chop the dried porcini, and soak in milk for an hour.
  • Break apart the turkey meat. Cut the bacon into ⅕ x1 inch pieces. Slice the mushrooms thinly. String the green beans. Slice the onions thinly, and put aside half for the fried onions.
  • Place the green beans in a mini casserole or gratin dish, add oil, and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 450°F.
  • Heat 0.3 oz of butter in a pan, add onion slices, turkey, bacon, mushroom and cook until soft.
  • Add the rest of the butter(0.7 oz) and flour into the mixture from step 4, and blend in the oil evenly. Slowly add the porcini-milk from step 1 to make the white sauce.
  • Pour 5 on top of 3, top with cheese, and bake for 4 minutes on pizza mode.
  • Garnish with fried onions and thyme.

Fried Onions

  • Dry the onion slices with a paper towel and put about 1 tablespoon of flour on the surface.
  • Pour in an abundant amount of oil into the frying pan, heat, add the onion, and cook until crispy.
